Corbel were appointed to carry out a Feasibility Study to explore options to carefully repair the Old Rectory and to improve the layout to convert previous make the most of the garden and improve service . The intention id for any changes to enhance the listed building’s setting and appearance and be sympathetic to the building’s significant historic fabric.

A replacement heating system, a replacement garage with store and utility room, rear lobby, entrance and modernised kitchen and bathrooms were applied for.

The Old Rectory was originally 16^th Century, with several later centuries refashioning and then was divided into two dwellings during the 1980’s. It is Grade II listed.
